Development and design of stamped parts with 3D CAD technology

Our development and design of stamped parts is based on modern 3D design workstations and digitally networked processes. Material properties, tool geometries and forming processes are precisely analyzed as early as the design phase. This allows stamped parts to be optimally designed for function, dimensional accuracy and cost-effectiveness - from prototype to series production.

Using powerful 3D CAD systems such as SolidWorks or Creo, we create complex geometries with STEP files and, with the help of external toolmakers, we integrate bending, embossing and drawing operations virtually, thus avoiding collisions and reworking in toolmaking.

The result: precise stamped parts with minimal tolerances and reproducible quality - manufactured in accordance with DIN and harmonized with IATF standards.

As an experienced manufacturer of stamped parts , we produce precise components for a wide range of industrial applications. Our stamped parts are produced on modern presses and are characterized by high dimensional accuracy, clean cut edges and reproducible quality - from small series to large series.

To ensure optimum surface quality, all stamped parts are deburred after stamping if required and feasible. We use different processes depending on the material, geometry and area of application:

  • Vibratory finishing for uniform edge rounding and fine surfaces
  • Vibratory finishing for sensitive or complex components
  • Drum deburring for robust series parts and economical processes
