As a long-standing supplier to the watchmaking industry, we would like to replace the existing lead-containing watch brass parts with lead-free material.
In order to achieve the required precision, some technological parameters need to be redefined, making it necessary to change or adapt design details on punching and scraping tools.
In order to be able to map and test a variety of eventualities, a test tool is required, which is currently being designed and manufactured. With the help of this tool, we are able to simulate and test a wide variety of conditions in order to unravel the "processing secret" of lead-free material.
This allows us to further expand our experience in stamping and also apply it in practice.
