Innovation combined with sustainability is important to us. As a long-standing supplier to the watch industry, we would like to replace the previous lead-containing watch brass parts with lead-free material. To achieve this, we need to redefine a number of technological parameters in order to achieve the required precision. It is therefore necessary to change or adapt design details on punching and scraping tools.

In order to be able to map and test a variety of eventualities, a test tool is required, which is currently being designed and manufactured. With the help of this tool, we are able to simulate and test a wide variety of conditions in order to unravel the "processing secret" of lead-free material. In this way, we can further expand our experience in stamping and also apply it in practice.
